These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of hi baji (hibaji.click) and all its services. By registering or using hi baji, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

Hi baji is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. Services are provided in compliance with the laws of Bangladesh and certain other jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in your country or region.

To register with hi baji, the following conditions must be met:

• Your password must be at least 8 characters long — use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• It is strongly recommended that you keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.

Deposits and withdrawals on hi baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

At least one successful deposit is required before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until any bonus wagering requirements are met. hi baji may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

The following rules apply when placing bets on hi baji:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cashout option is available.
• Pre-match bets are only accepted before the match begins.
• Live betting markets may close at any time depending on match conditions.
• Hi baji reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded.
• In accumulator betting, if one event is cancelled, it is removed and the remaining odds determine the outcome.

Hi baji reserves the right to set betting limits on any match or market. All decisions regarding odds changes are at hi baji's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hi baji:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Match fixing or artificially manipulating the outcome of any event.
• Placing bets by exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Unauthorized use of another person's payment method.
• Using hi baji for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

Hi baji believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of addiction or financial harm. To support that, we offer the following:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play.
• Temporary Break: Place your account on a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, consider closing your account permanently.

If you wish to close your account, please notify the hi baji support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure — subject to applicable conditions.

Hi baji is not liable for the following:

• Bets or opportunities missed due to internet connection loss.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• For any financial losses arising from betting.

Hi baji is committed to maintaining high service standards. Any issues that arise are resolved promptly.
